With the following information, we would like to give you an overview of the processing of your personal data when using our app as well as your rights under data protection laws.

3. Collection of personal data when using the app 

We provide you with our Android app, which you can voluntarily download and use on your mobile device. 


When downloading the app 

During the download, the necessary information is transferred to the Google Play Store. These are in particular: User name, email address and customer number of your Play Store account, time of download, unique number of the end device (IMEI), the mobile phone number (MSISDN), the MAC address for WLAN use and the unique number of the network subscriber (IMSI). We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process this provided data only insofar as this is necessary for downloading the app to your smartphone. We do not process this data beyond this. 


When using the app 

When using the app, we collect your e-mail address and password as personal data to enable the app's functions. We do not collect any other data that is not required for use. 


Access rights 

At the beginning of the app usage, the following access rights are required for the following purpose:  


Further access rights are not required by our app. Neither GPS location data nor phone book access is requested. 


Security 

We use appropriate state-of-the-art measures to ensure the security of data processing and to protect the transmission of confidential content. 


Google Firebase 

Google Firebase evaluates the app usage data on our behalf. The information is important for us to ensure and further improve the stability and security of the app. The data collected in this way is not merged with your other customer information, but is included in anonymous statistics. This processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. 


The data exchange is secured and the data is protected according to the state of the art. Firebase is certified according to the most important data protection and security standards. Storage duration 

We store the aforementioned personal data until the user himself deletes his data or unsubscribes completely. Accordingly, if the storage purpose for the specified processing purposes ceases to apply or the legally relevant storage period expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions. The criterion for the storage period is the respective statutory retention period. 


Disclosure to third parties 

We do not share content or personal data with third parties or engage in direct marketing or processing of personal data for our own or third parties' advertising purposes. We also do not use consentbased features for marketing purposes. 


Transfer to third countries 

If we also transfer personal data to recipients located outside the European Union or the EEA (so-called third countries), we ensure prior to the transfer that an adequate level of data protection exists at the recipient's site through appropriate (contractual) guarantees or recognized agreements, or that informed consent to the transfer of personal data has been obtained. 


Automated decision making including profiling, tracking 

We do not use profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 DSGVO in the context of the use of our app. We do not track our users. 


Your rights as a data subject 

You have a number of legal rights against us as the responsible party, which we inform you about here: 


You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed. 

You have the right to receive from us at any time free of charge information about the personal data stored about you, as well as a copy of this data in accordance with the statutory provisions. 

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing. 

You have the right to demand that we delete the personal data concerning you without delay, provided that one of the reasons provided for by law applies and insofar as the processing or storage is not necessary. 

You have the right to demand that we restrict processing if one of the legal requirements is met. 

You have the right, under the conditions of Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive the personal data concerning you, which has been provided to us by you, in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from us to whom the personal data has been provided, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO or Art. 9(2)(a) DSGVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO and the processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us. Furthermore, when exercising your right to data portability pursuant to Article 20(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to have the personal data transferred directly from one controller to another controller, to the extent that this is technically feasible and provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other individuals. 

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1) DSGVO lit. e or f; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. 


If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. 

You have the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. 

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. For this purpose, you can contact the supervisory authority - State Commissioner for Data Protection - of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office.
